[Board] FW: Clogged storm drain

When we have the pipes scoped, do they scope the storm drains?

I don't recall precisely where our responsibility for the storm drains, if
any, is defined. Can someone remind me?

If we are responsible, and if they aren't being scoped, do we need to
adjust our contract accordingly?
