Darcy: I can do a Monday May 11 meeting in the afternoon or Tuesday morning
May 12 or Friday morning early say7 am on the 15. Let me know if any of

It appears it will be difficult to obtain a quorum on May 14.  I am having
knee surgery on May 19 and will be out of commission for around a month.
Please let me know if you would like to consider a different day next week,
meet without me or meet in late June.
