[Board] Cherry Hills North Proposed Agenda May 14 and Draft minutes March 19

It appears it will be difficult to obtain a quorum on May 14.  I am having knee surgery on May 19 and will be out of commission for around a month.  Please let me know if you would like to consider a different day next week, meet without me or meet in late June.
