I received the bid from Insituform for the pipe lining I discussed at the
Board meeting last month.  They are able to do the work for the budget
amount and are able to schedule it soon in conjunction with a similar
project for one of our other Districts.  Do you want to move forward by
signing their Proposal, or do you want me to pull together the contract
documents we usually use for District projects?
