[Board] Transfer funds

I failed to mention the need to transfer funds to cover today's cash
disbursements.  The checking account currently has $7,343 and the list of
disbursements totals $16,173.  I would suggest a transfer of $15,000 to
cover today's disbursements and leave a small cushion.  I will wait to mail
the checks until I get confirmation a transfer has been initiated.
