Cinder block with stone facade. 13 total signs, 5 larger 8 smaller.

Incl labor would estimate $13-15k for larger: $5-8k smaller.

That's based on the HOA replacement cost, and bid for the smaller sign that not replaced in Sean O's yard.

The Cherry Hills North Metro District board is considering accepting ownership of the dozen or so entrance signage around the community.  Can you give me an estimate of the approximate cost to insure the monument signs?  I can provide exact details when necessary but for now I am looking for an estimate so the board can determine whether to assume the sign responsibility.
