I have attached the Board Packet for the meeting scheduled for tomorrow
morning, October 9, 2014.  I will bring copies for each of you.  The packet
includes on Page 9 the list of addresses with service line issues and the
draft letters.

Thanks for the email. I have no changes to the draft minutes.  I will be at
tomorrow morning's meeting.

 

The Engineer's Report contains the following:

 

"Purrington Civil will provide the addresses of the homeowners with service
line issues and draft a letter to explain the issues to the affected
homeowners."

 

Pls advise as to whether the Board will have the addresses and draft letter
available for review at tomorrow's meeting?

 

Also, I've attached a copy of the proposed IGA. I believe this was
previously provided to you, but please ensure that it's included in the
packet for tomorrow for Board review.

 

On the agenda under "Next Scheduled Meetings" please include the special
meeting currently scheduled for Wed, October 15th.

 

The meeting is scheduled to be held at the Village Center, 2450 E Quincy
(Council Chamber) from 7-8 PM.  

 

This will be the final opportunity for neighbors to ask the Board
unsolicited questions regarding the ballot issue (Section 1-45-117(1)(a)(II)
of the FCPA allows the Board to respond to respond to unsolicited questions
about a ballot issue).
