Just a reminder that this coming Friday is the last day to file written comments regarding the District's ballot issue (Issue 5A) with our designated election official (DEO), Sue Blair.  I've copied Sue here so that everyone has her email.  Keith - I think that you indicated at the last meeting that you would take the lead on providing some comments "FOR" the proposal, as well as providing some draft comments "AGAINST".

I'm happy to look at a draft tomorrow or Friday if you'd like, just let me know.

Pls advise as to the following dates:

The date on which the TABOR notice will be mailed (Friday October 3rd, other?)
The date on which you anticipate mailing the ballots to District electors.

The Board wants to schedule one last informational meeting with the neighborhood, and we'd like to ensure that the meeting is scheduled to be held before the ballots are mailed out.
