[Board] CHN Aug 2014 Board Packet

I have attached the Board Packet for tomorrow's meeting.  Pages 15 and 16
have an updated 5 year Cash Flow Forecast, one without a tax increase and
one with the proposed 2 mill increase.  I thought you might want to review
the forecast prior to the meeting tomorrow.  I also have included a
preliminary budget on page 17.  The next regular meeting scheduled for
September 11th is when I would typically present a proposed budget.
However, I am planning to attend the SDA Conference and will not be able to
attend a meeting on September 11.  I would like to move the meeting to
September 18 if the date works for the Board.  We can discuss tomorrow
morning.  I will bring copies of the board packet for each of you tomorrow.
