I suggest rescheduling the meeting since there seem to be many conflicts.
Perhaps the meeting could be rescheduled for Thursday, July 17th.  Please
let me know if that date will work.  If not please suggest some alternatives
and I will coordinate.    I will assume the meeting tomorrow is cancelled
unless I hear otherwise before 10 pm tonight.
