Sorry I can't attend- my question to  the HOA (as past treasurer) is why
they need to be sitting on $30,000 when they are not rebuilding signs,
having parties, etc.?  maybe the HOA should contribute to the sign
management costs and easement agreement costs if the District takes over the
signs.
