Rough draft. We’ll want the fresh figures showing the gap (and I’ll tinker with presentation … probably a line chart). Other changes as folks desire.

I assumed Powerpoint would be handiest for everyone. If there’s anyone without Microsoft products, I can recheck as  Open/LibreOffice pretty easily. 

There are some speakers notes. Obviously, we may want to beef those up. Also, I’ll probably add pointers to the website for those that want deeper information. My working assumption is that we want to keep the presentation and discussion itself as high level as practical.

I did not include a detailed sign discussion. As that is likely to be a hot topic, I suggest that someone with deeper Board history provide an outline of what we’d want to say about that topic. I’m happy to turn such an outline into slides if that’s helpful.
